Environmental Sustainability Governance
Protecting the planet is no longer a choice, but an obligation. Our products reduce significantly the carbon footprint of battery production and lead to longer life and higher performance batteries, which in turn reduce resource use intensity.
Lead-acid batteries are >99% recycled. Over 75% of all lead and plastic used in batteries are made from recycled materials. Our high-quality products are built to last and require fewer consumable materials than conventional equipment. We have almost totally eliminated the need for fossil fuels in the battery production process. We drive revolutionary change in the battery industry, promoting the sustainability agenda through our production solutions, and supporting our clients to achieve their sustainability goals.
